What's in the REF? An Introduction

Sorry this is not a blog about the definition or the history of pulutan... Nope, its not just a food blog laying-out long lists of boring recipes.  There is so much of it already in the net--if u want to be informed, get directed to-(http://kumain.com/appetizing-pulutan/, or just search pulutan).  My blog's would be about my everyday life with my favorite category of food, pulutan. I promise to be brief, somewhat funny and hopefully entertaining.

I got to the point of being unsatisfied surfing through all the shit that I get when reading Food blogs. Most of them, are all goody too good internet friendly personality... "Eat here they got a really nice place, lots of food so good,  yeah its very enticing see the pictures yeh" -- I have always imagined it being said in a small quirky nerdy like voice... I do not want to get any food advice from someone who I imagine would sound like that.
Most of the places they post are unreachable to the majority of us common Filipino mainly on the financial aspects and of course the lack of personal time you can give to fulfill such experiences. And because majority of these people I believe have access to the internet, and hopefully like me would want to get a read on everyday food you can do in your own home, something I hope will be helpful and realistic. THus I cooked-up this BLOG.

" Saan tayo kakain? my wife asks me, I say-"May pera ka Ba?"
Some of the food are just too girlie, i don't like girlie food. I may not understand food like lamb roasted with with some kind of  herb served with some sauce and some kind of gulay plated in a decorative arrangement. But I am pretty sure I would know what I like to eat. Its something hot and spicy na nakakagana kainin, something that I can pair with rice or beer or the typical hard drink, something that's salty, something that is crispy and oily, something that is refreshing to eat, gives you a feeling of contempt, something you can buy and still have some left for cigarettes and liquor, something I can afford to buy and eat daily with my wife or friends to go on with our lives, its something you can find in your own ref.
